EC Allows Aadhaar for Bihar Voter Roll Inclusion

According to the draft list, around 65 lakh names have been excluded across Bihar.
The Election Commission (EC) on Monday said that people excluded from Bihar's draft voter list can submit a copy of their Aadhaar card to ensure their names are included in the final electoral roll.
The directive follows the Supreme Court's order instructing the poll panel to accept Aadhaar as valid proof of identity for electoral claims.
