In a dreadful accident, a 23-year-old man named Akshat Garg was killed after his motorcycle was badly hit by a car driving in the wrong direction on Golf Course Road, DLF Phase II, and early Sunday morning.
The deceased died within minutes due to internal bleeding and injuries in the groin area.
The accident happened in the early morning between 5.45-6 AM. The deceased's friend and colleague, Pradyuman Kumar, aged 22, was following him on another motorcycle from behind.
Talking to The Daily Guardian, his friend Pradyuman Kumar said that, "This horrific incident, which could only be described as murder due to the driver's intentional wrong-side driving on a national highway, cost Akshat his life. Despite the gravity of the crime, the driver has been released on bail, with authorities deeming this fatal act a bailable offense."
