SA must exploit its market potential

Your Monday article ("SA exports need a boost") speaks to the continued inability of the ANC government to exploit our natural resources, the farming sector in particular.

For decades it has prevaricated between land redistribution and large-scale farming which, fortunately, has fed us so far.

Its experiments with racebased legislation and subsistence farming have been a failure.

If anyone is in any doubt where this leads, just look at Zimbabwe.
