Learning about other cultures makes compassionate Belindé Schreuder.
MISS INTERNATIONAL SA: 'POWERFUL PLATFORM TO MAKE DIFFERENCE'.
She's a beauty queen on a mission.
Belindé Schreuder was crowned Miss International South Africa 2024 and she's hit the ground running, ramping up the work she'd already done as Miss Earth previously.
At 28 she's not only racking up titles, but accolades and endearing fans, too.
Schreuder's dedication to uplifting others, especially young women across the country, is a task she gave herself.
And as she gears up for the international leg of the competition later this year, Schreuder wants to show that beauty pageants today are about so much more than just a pretty face.
She's the kind of person that doesn't talk about how she wants to promote world peace, because frankly, she's already well on her way to making a difference in the lives of others and nature.
Miss International SA is not to be confused with Miss South Africa. They are two distinct titles, each with its own focus.
Miss SA, established in 1956, is the original pageant with winners often representing South Africa at the Miss Universe and Miss World competitions.
