Chaine suspension will keep him out

Orlando Pirates will be without first-choice goalkeeper Sipho Chaine when they face Chippa United in the Betway Premiership this evening at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium in Gqeberha (kick-off 7.30pm).

Chaine is suspended after picking up his fourth booking of the season in Pirates' 2-0 loss to Marumo Gallants on Saturday, a result that did serious damage to the Buccaneers' hopes of winning the Betway Premiership title.

Pirates currently trail Sundowns by 18 points, and while they do have four games in hand on Masandawana, Jose Riveiro's side are looking increasingly unlikely to come close to making up the deficit.
