While deeply disappointed after their Challenge Cup quarterfinal exit, Bulls director of rugby Jake White is happy they suffered no injuries during the game, and enjoyed good performances from key players who had been out in recent weeks.

He said this bodes well for their last four United Rugby Championship (URC) league matches starting with Munster this weekend – and the ensuing play-offs, which the Bulls are in good position to host at home being third on the table currently.

Springbok wing Canan Moodie returned from his head injury assessment to put in a good showing as a substitute from the 43rd minute against Edinburgh on Saturday.
