NEW Sunderland signing Jocelin Ta Bi’s agent has explained why the player's move to Celtic collapsed.

The breakdown occurred prior to the Black Cats swooping in to sign the exciting winger.

It seemed Ta Bi would be moving to Scotland but instead, the Ivory Coast star completed a £3.5 million switch to the Black Cats from Maccabi Netanya.

In an interview with Israeli outlet One, Ta Bi’s representative, Stav Hachmon, has given an insight into where he feels the player’s transfer to Celtic came unstuck.
