ALUN Armstrong has admitted he may have to rotate his squad as Gateshead prepare to kickstart a hectic period with a tough-looking visit to National League rivals Rochdale tonight.
After suffering a deeply disappointing 3-0 home defeat against Southend United in their opening league fixture of the season and falling to a 4-3 loss in a National League Cup tie with Newcastle United U21s, the Heed bounced back in style with a fine win at Eastleigh on Saturday.
Despite contending with a 656-mile round trip and several delays along the way, goals from summer signing Dom Telford and winger Kain Adom helped rack up the first competitive win of Armstrong's reign.
