Hard-working Adom is reaping rewards - boss
The Chronicle
|October 03, 2025
ALUN Armstrong has hailed the attitude of Gateshead top goalscorer Kain Adom as he continues to lead from the front for his side.
-

The former Welling United man has been used as something of a utility player throughout his time on Tyneside after featuring in a number of roles under Rob Elliot, Carl Magnay and now current manager Armstrong.
Adom’s time with Gateshead appeared to be drawing to a close when he was allowed to spend time on loan at AFC Fylde and Sutton United last season.
However, the 24-year-old has returned to Tyneside with a bang this season and appears to be relishing working under Armstrong as the former Blyth Spartans and Darlington boss oversees his first season in charge at the International Stadium.
