100 jobs lost as NHS call centres group calls in administrators

Around 250 people were based at Totally sites in Newcastle, Sunderland and Stockton when administrators were appointed to the firm, along with Greenbrook Healthcare (Hounslow) Limited and Vocare Limited. Insolvency experts from EY said 600 jobs have been saved by a rescue sale of the businesses, which also protects NHS services, but it is unclear how many North East jobs are impacted.

As joint administrators, Tim Vance and Sam Woodward secured a sale of Totally's Elective Care and Corporate Wellbeing subsidiaries, and the business and assets of the Urgent Care division to PHL Group. The deal means the group's services can continue uninterrupted.
