Former university offices on market for £850,000

A PROMINENT Victorian building last used as University of Chester offices has been put up for sale.
It comes as plans to turn the Liverpool Road property into a special school were rejected at the end of last year.
A change of use planning application had been lodged with Cheshire West and Chester Council for the three-storey building and separate coach house on one of the main roads into the city centre.
