Supreme Court Tells Delhi Police: Completely Investigation Against Ex-IAS Officer Puja Khedkar Steadfastly| UPSC Cheating Case

The bench headed by Justice Sharma responded that, 'If larger number of cases, you can investigate. She is not the kingpin who is issuing certificates.'

The Supreme Court in the case Puja Manorama Dilip Khedkar Versus State Of NCT Of Delhi observed and has asked why the Delhi police was not completing the investigation when Khedkar herself has said it on affidavit that she was willing to cooperate.

The court in the case extended the interim protection granted to ex-IAS probationary officer Puja Khedkar, who is accused of submitting fake OBC and PwD certificates in the Union Public Service Commission, UPSC Civil Services Examination.

The bench comprising of Justice BV Nagarathna and Justice Satish Chandra Sharma was hearing the present matter.

The bench was hearing an anticipatory bail petition filed by Khedkar.

In January, the Court had granted her interim protection from arrest.
