Nrityalaya Marks 15 Glorious Years with the 8th Edition of NRITYA FEST 2025

Nrityalaya recently organised NRITYA FEST 2025 on 30 November and 1st December November 2025 at the Karthiayani Socio Cultural Complex, Mayur Vihar Phase I, New Delhi. The event marked the institute's fifteenth anniversary and brought together artists, students and lovers of classical dance for an evening dedicated to heritage and artistry.

The festival opened at 4:00 pm with a Kathakali lecture-demonstration by Guru Thiruvattar Jagadeesan Nair, Principal of The International Centre for Kathakali. The interactive session gave the audience a chance to understand the depth, expression and technical vocabulary of one of India’s most iconic classical dance traditions. At 5:00 pm, students of Nrityalaya presented a Bharatanatyam recital guided by Guru Dr. Kanaka Sudhakar and Acharya Aparajita Sarama. Their performance reflected the discipline, training and cultural commitment that defined the institution’s work.
