Means nothing if people's money not returned: Congress on Choksi's arrest

Following the arrest of fugitive Indian businessman Mehul Choksi in Belgium, Congress leader Supriya Shrinate said that all this means nothing till people's money is not returned.
Referring to Nirav Modi, Vijay Mallya, and Vinay Mittal, she questioned how such financial fugitives escaped from under PM Modi's nose after 2014.
