Born out of a simple observation that Indian households had to choose between cheap convenience and expensive imports, Cumin Co set out to fill a glaring gap in the premium cookware market. Its co-founders, Niharika Joshi and Udit Lekhi, wanted to create products that were safe, durable, and designed specifically for Indian cooking styles, not borrowed from Western kitchens.
