It aims to redefine the economic role of the cow in modern India by showcasing possibilities in cow-based startups, organic manure production, ghee, cow urine products, and more.

For the first time in Indian history, Jaipur is set to host the Gau Mahakumbh 2025, a historic event that merges the spiritual reverence of the cow in Sanatan Dharma with modern entrepreneurial and economic development. Scheduled to take place from 4th to 7th September 2025 at Vidyadhar Nagar Stadium, this summit aims to provide a strong platform for cow-based industries, organic farming, and innovations in animal husbandry.

In Sanatan Dharma, the cow is revered as sacred and divine. Ancient Hindu scriptures like the Vedas, Puranas, and Upanishads describe the cow as "Aghanya," meaning inviolable. It is believed that the presence of all 33 crore Hindu deities resides within the cow, making it central to religious and spiritual practices. Among the Vedas, the Rigveda especially glorifies the cow, attributing to it the protection, nourishment, and welfare of the universe through its symbolic four legs.
