QC cop chief relieved over viral 'police abuse' video

The district director of the Quezon City Police District, Police Brig. Gen. Melecio Buslig Jr., was relieved from his post over the alleged abuses committed by a police sergeant that went viral on social media.
Police Gen. Rommel Francisco Marbil, chief of the Philippine National Police (PNP), said the relief of Buslig is a strong message of what would happen if police commanders would fail to institute discipline among their men.
