Drivers warned of contraflow and slip road closures on A3

DRIVERS taking the A3 have been warned by National Highways that things will look a bit different on carriageways during the next few weeks.

Essential works will be taking place, including resurfacing, lane closures, and slip road closures.

As a result, drivers will find major changes on the M25 and A3 junction at Wisley Interchange, which will temporarily close all slip roads.

There will also be a change in traffic direction on a stretch of the A3, which will last for months.

HGV drivers in particular may need to take note of these changes and plan their routes ahead. Some diversions may be inaccessible and certain lanes will not be permitted for HGVs to use.
