Ballard 'could' be worth £80m one day, says Gray

Sunderland icon Micky Gray claims that current Black Cats defender Dan Ballard could one day be worth up to £80 million following his stellar start to life in the Premier League.

The Northern Ireland international has been a standout performer for Regis Le Bris' side following their step up from the Championship.

And based on what he has seen from the 26-year-old so far, Gray is convinced that he could go on to command a massive fee if the time ever comes for him to leave the Stadium of Light.
