Ex-lover accuses him of not paying a cent to raise babies
Gospel sensation Xolisa Kwinana's ex-lover has dragged him to court after accusing him of being a deadbeat dad.
The woman, who cannot be named to protect the identity of the children, filed a maintenance suit against the award-winning musician at Khayelitsha Magistrate's Court in Cape Town last month.
According to the woman, Kwinana failed to pay maintenance for the two children he sired with her.
According to court papers seen by Sunday World filed on August 8, the woman is demanding a total of R7000 in child maintenance from the popular music megastar for their two children, all below the age of three years.
The papers state that the woman wants R4000 for their three-month-old tyke and R3000 for their 18-month-old infant.
