"I'm a mum-of-two — one girl, now 20, and a boy, 16. Prior to having children, I'd often join in with fitness classes, running and dancing. My bladder got worse after my daughter's birth, but it was just with the odd sneeze or hard laugh. After my second baby, it never recovered.

"I did pelvic floor exercises when I remembered, but gradually things deteriorated, so I stopped doing anything that would put extra pressure on my bladder.
