Dad's pride in Hibs mascot Sam

A SCHOOLBOY with a rare muscle-wasting disease had one of his dreams come true yesterday as a mascot for Hibs.

Eight-year-old Sam Millar took to the pitch at Easter Road in Edinburgh where his team drew 2-2 with Rangers.

Mum Karla said: “Sam is really excited to be mascot at the game today, his face lit up when he entered the stadium and said this is the best day ever.”
