Minister proposes limit of two hours a day

KIDS could have their time on social media capped by ministers.

Officials are suggesting limiting them to two hours on an app per day.

Online safety plans also include a ban during school hours and 10pm curfew.

The plans to stop youngsters wasting their childhoods hooked on their phones are being drawn up by Technology Secretary Peter Kyle.
