DOCTOR Who star Ncuti Gatwa learned sign language for a story in the new series featuring deaf actress Rose Ayling-Ellis.

Former EastEnder and Strictly champ Rose, 30, is making a guest appearance in an episode called The Well. She plays a woman who is deaf so needs to sign to communicate.
