PM told 'copy Scots model' for taxation

KEIR Starmer should look to Scotland for a more progressive tax system to protect public spending, Scotland's Finance Secretary has said.

Shona Robison said if Labour followed the Scottish model, where higher earners pay more tax, the party would not be in the “fiscal mess they are now”.
