WATCHING the crisis unfold at former club Hamilton Accies has been difficult for Scott Martin.
The midfielder made over 200 appearances for Accies in six years, helping the club earn promotion to the Championship in 2023.
Since leaving a year ago, the Lanarkshire club have been demoted after suffering a points' deduction, moved out of their home ground, had further points' penalties over rule breaches and seen long-serving manager John Rankin eventually resign amid the turmoil.
It has left Accies fighting for survival and last week the players were told their monthly salary wouldn't be paid on time.
