A meringue about Bluey

I TOOK one for the team this week and voluntarily sat through the hour-long Bluey film at the cinema.

The Australian cartoon has taken toddlers by storm here.

I had never even seen one before and can only think that it's the Aussies' revenge on the Australian Peppa Pig episodes which include so many stereotypes it's almost a hate crime.

Bluey the dog lives with his parents and wee sister Bingo.

The film version is actually just an hour's worth of episodes all connected by food or cooking.
