Next stage...ex-Girls Aloud star to launch new drama series after West End debut

CHERYL Cole is set to star in her own drama podcast series following the success of her stage debut.
Critics praised the 40-year-old for her role as Jenny in the West End play 2:22 A Ghost Story. She earned £750,000 for the four-month stint.
She had previously only had a few roles, having played herself in 2012's What To Expect When You're Expecting and an agent in 2020's Four Kids And It.
Now, sources say she wants to take her acting career to the next level and thinks podcasts may be the way to do it. She is working with production company Square Cut to develop future work.
