THE NEXT Bond film is "being fast-tracked" for release by Amazon after it snapped up creative control from long-term franchise bosses.
And the hunt for the new 007 is a "priority" with high-profile British names being lined up to audition "in the next few weeks".
The "call has gone out" to actor agencies asking for "willing contenders to submit their clients for consideration - with a broad request of a 30 or 40-something male".
It opens the door for leading talent such as Tom Hardy or Christian Bale to be in consideration, "although having a younger man would allow for at least three pictures".
