Balmoral summer snub for Sussexes

THE Duke and Duchess of Sussex have not been invited to Balmoral to join the rest of the Royal Family this summer, a well-placed source has revealed.

There is a small chance Prince Harry, 39, could join the King alone after the rest of The Firm have departed the Scottish estate at the end of next month.

The source explained: "Harry and Meghan will not be joining the rest of the Royal Family in August.

"The King is keen for it to be a happy occasion when members of the Royal Family come together for a week or so to discuss plans for the future and to unwind."

The annual holiday will begin once the castle closes to the public next Sunday, with its outer grounds shutting on August 11.
