Castleford 6 Leeds 64

- By Dave Craven

BRAD ARTHUR might have been “embarrassed” by Leeds fans’ reaction to him hanging around — but there’s certainly nothing to be ashamed of with his ruthless team.

They rattled off 11 tries against clueless Castleford in a one-sided demolition yesterday.

Ryan Hall, Ash Handley and Brodie Croft all bagged doubles in their first game since the popular Aussie boss finally announced he is staying in 2026.

Ecstatic Rhinos supporters — hopeful their side can march all the way to Old Trafford — gave him a glorious ovation as he conducted post-match interviews pitchside.

Arthur admitted: “It’s nice. It’s a bit embarrassing.

“It’s more about the club and the team. It’s nice the fans want me to stay — it’s nice to be wanted.
