Two are 'thrown from bike' in crash

TWO people were 'thrown' from a motorbike following a crash in Stockport - with one casualty seriously hurt.

Emergency services were called out to Torkington Road, in Hazel Grove, near the junction with London Road last Thursday night.

Greater Manchester Police confirmed the crash involved a motorbike, with two people on board and a car.
