- STUART MCFQARLANE

SOLDIER OF COMEDY FORTUNE

An ex-Army veteran who has praised the role of the Forces in chasing his comedy dream is ready to bring his latest show to Stirling.

Mark Wallace, 61, will MC the evening at Stirling's Slanj-A-Va to raise funds for SSAFA, the Armed Forces charity.

The event takes place on Thursday (February 19) and will feature 11 upand-coming comic performers from across Scotland, with ticket sales and donations on the evening raising money for veterans and their families across the Forth Valley area.
