Senior Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader and Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha), Er. Gulam Ali Khatana, on Saturday stated that the Islamic Republic of Pakistan has consistently misused the Indus Water Treaty (IWT) to deny the people of the erstwhile state of Jammu and Kashmir their rightful access to hydropower development and economic progress. Speaking in Copenhagen, MP Khatana emphasized that Pakistan's use of terrorism, supported by its Inter Services Intelligence (ISI) and military establishment, is a deliberate and long standing strategy aimed at bleeding India and manipulating international sentiment.
