Goswami, Magotra flag off trekking group to Himachal

Himalayan Trekking Programme organized by Tawi Trekkers, the premier trekking organisation of J&K, commenced today with 90 students, both boys and girls, of MHAC School, Nagbani, here leaving for Dharamshala to participate in the prestigious adventure activity.

The group being led by Sourav Deep Singh, a trained mountaineer and a seasoned trekker of Tawi Trekkers, also includes four teachers of the school, Vinod Manhas, Geetika Jamwal, Gayatri and Vishal Sharma. Three young sport climbers, Vikas Singh, Kashish Bharti and Suksham also accompanied the group as junior leaders.
