ACB arrests Patwari for graft in Samba, seizes Rs 35 lakhs

The Jammu and Kashmir Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) has arrested a revenue official for graft and seized Rs 35 lakh in cash from his private vehicle in Samba district.
"ACB registered a case FIR 19/2025 U/S 7 of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 against public servant, namely, Sunil Kumar, Patwari, Patwar Halqa Dadui, Tehsil and District Samba, for demanding and accepting illegal gratification from the complainant," an official said on Tuesday.
