Swansea need to find a deputy for Tymon... but it's not an easy task

Swansea have already identified several key areas they feel will need to be strengthened over the coming weeks, and it’s understood a number of players have already been identified as possible targets.

Of course, there are certain factors that will clearly impact on what Swansea are able to do in the market.

Firstly, there’s the future of Zan Vipotnik, which is likely to be the main talking point in this window. After all, a big-money sale would certainly give the Swans more financial leeway in the market.

Then there’s the club’s ongoing search for a new sporting director, which has so far shown little sign of coming to a conclusion any time soon.
