'New vision' for parks and open spaces

SWANSEA Council is inviting everybody in local communities to take part in a new survey about the city's parks and open spaces.

Residents, businesses, community groups and visitors can offer their thoughts on such locations.

The city is home to many green spaces enjoyed by thousands every month.

Now, the council is working with Counterculture Partnership LLP to develop a new vision and strategy that will ensure these spaces continue to thrive for generations to come.

The strategy will explore a wide range of themes including play areas, nature recovery, tourism, community events, sport, and health and wellbeing.
