Documents submitted to Swansea Council suggest Nando’s is looking to open a new restaurant at Parc Fforestfach.

A planning application submitted to Swansea Council by LCP Properties Ltd proposes the change of use of Unit 3 at Parc Fforestfach retail park from retail (use class A1) to food and drink (use class A3).

The food chain already has two restaurants in the city - one in the city centre at Salubrious Place, Wind Street, while the other is located at Morfa Retail Park.
