CO-CAPTAIN Alex Callender is “raring to go” for Wales' World Cup campaign after fearing she may miss the tournament following an injury scare.
-
The Harlequins back-row sustained an ankle problem in the second Test defeat to Australia at the start of the month and was later pictured on crutches.
But Callender, who on Monday was named in a 32-player squad, confirmed she will be available for her country’s Pool B opener against Scotland on Saturday, August 23 in Salford.
