Reporter Stephanie Colderick had a go on the zip wire - originally called Scale - when it was launched at the Principality Stadium last year

ANEW operator of the Principality Stadium roof top attraction have been confirmed in a deal between the WRU and Gwynedd-based Zip World.

The roof walk, stadium drop and flyer elements of the attraction, will reopen to the public tomorrow under its new name Cardiff Zip World.

It follows the ending of the previous agreement between the union and its initial operator Wire & Sky.

Both parties are hopeful of reviving the fortunes of the attraction, previously called Scale, with Zip World utilising its marketing expertise and customer database from its other UK attractions.

The previous operator failed to break even following low user numbers.
