AARON Ramsey has quit Mexico with immediate effect and is back in the UK.

The dramatic news comes after a traumatic few weeks for the Wales international, who has been left distraught by the disappearance of his family dog, Halo.

The pet was left at a ranch near to where Ramsey was living after joining Mexican side Pumas, but has been missing for more than three weeks.

The 34-year-old, pictured, and wife Colleen have been left devastated by the mysterious turn of events, declaring they have been lied to after a hunt for the missing 10-year-old dog proved fruitless despite a substantial reward being offered.
