TV presenter Lisa Snowdon has reset her life to the mantra 'keep calm and carry on', after suffering a bout of burnout last year.

The This Morning regular is working with sofa brand DFS on the benefits of reducing screen time and embracing quiet hobbies.
"I had too many tabs open on my brain," said the 53-year-old. "Everything got on top of me, I was trying to do too much and saying yes to too many things. I felt overemotional, burnt out."
