View from a Hill with Mike Hill
-
Every spring, when bees and wasps start to emerge from wherever it is they go for their winter holidays, there are folk who like to insist they are getting bigger by the year.
That's folk who have never been on a summer holiday abroad and seen a real gravity-defying insect hanging around to ruin a nice al fresco meal.
But if they are not going to the gym during the winter months, one thing the bug world did work on during their annual disappearance was their resistance to electric shocks.
As previously mentioned, we invested in one of those yellow tennis-style racquets for zapping flies last year.
