Rob Beckett and Romesh Ranganathan tackle Bollywood, massages and meeting their heroes in Rob & Romesh Vs

als Rob Beckett and Romesh Ranganathan have set themselves some tricky challenges for the new series of Rob & Romesh Vs. As well as attempting to perform Shakespeare at London's iconic Globe Theatre with the help of renowned actors Jessie Buckley and Martin Freeman, the dynamic duo also try their hand at Olympic winter sports with Team GB, trek into the Sumatran jungle to learn how to be wildlife photographers, dance in a Bollywood movie and join in freestyle rapping with Romesh's hip hop idol, Raekwon.

While they chat to us about their latest adventures, both comedians are already thinking about potential challenges they have yet to try that they could film in the future.

"I'd love to go to Japan and do martial arts. Something like that would be amazing, to get good at it and immerse ourselves in the culture," Romesh, 47, says.

"I'd quite like to do martial arts like kung fu, karate or sumo wrestling," says Rob, 39. "I think me and Rom would have a good old sumo wrestle. Let's do that!"

Here, the pair fill us in on what to expect from the new series, weird moments and why their friendship works so well...

ROB BECKETT

Hi, Rob! How was it being back with Romesh for an eighth series?

Brilliant, always fun to hang out with my best friend Romesh Ranganathan. It's great to spend time together, but I do think that it's a very weird relationship we've got. We don't have time to hang out normally because of other jobs and family. So, we have fun chats, in-depth chats and good friendship chats in between horrifically stressful challenges that sometimes involve us being naked.
