Seven charities cut ties with Andrew's ex-wife over Epstein scandal

SEVEN charities severed ties with the Duchess of York yesterday after an email revealed she had called paedophile Jeffrey Epstein a "supreme friend".

Children's hospice Julia's House was the first to drop Prince Andrew's ex-wife as patron yesterday, saying it was "inappropriate" for her to continue.

This was shortly followed by similar announcements from the Children's Literacy Charity, the Teenage Cancer Trust, the Natasha Allergy Research Foundation and Prevent Breast Cancer. The British Heart Foundation also ended its association.
