Stirling retains crown as the happiest place to live in Scotland

THE ancient city of Stirling has once again been named as the happiest place to live in Scotland.
With a well-preserved medieval castle overlooking its centre, it is surrounded by scenic views and a gateway to the Trossachs.
More than 19,500 people across the UK took part in Rightmove's 2025 Happy at Home survey.
Stirling retained top spot in Scotland, moving up four to eighth overall in the UK. Completing the Scottish top five were Kirkcaldy in second place followed by Edinburgh, Inverness and Perth.
