Ministers accused of failing to protect Scots Jews
SNP ministers have been accused of failing to protect Scotland's Jewish community after a damning report revealed antisemitic incidents hit a record high, including the first-ever recorded case of "extreme violence".
The 2025 Antisemitic Incidents Report by the Community Security Trust (CST) painted a bleak picture of the "unchallenged hostility" facing Scottish Jews.
The Jewish Council of Scotland (JCoS) said the surge in hate-101 incidents in total has been fuelled by "provocative pro-Palestinian activities" that maintain an "antisemitic agenda".
