'Murder' victim predicted own death, trial told

A WOMAN allegedly murdered by her lover predicted her own death at his hands months before she died, a jury has heard.

Aren Pearson is currently on trial accused of killing fellow Canadian Claire Leveque.

It is alleged the murder occurred last year at the 41-year-old defendant's mother’s house on Shetland.

Yesterday, on the fourth day of the trial at the High Court in Edinburgh, a tape recording of a conversation between the pair was played.
