THE new Strictly Come Dancing celebrities get their first ballroom makeover as they gear up for the hotly anticipated launch show.

- By Fran Winston

Not only will their glitzy outfits be seen on next Saturday’s programme but during the theme tune at the start each week.

Prominent colours were pink and blue, with the latter picked for Thomas Skinner, 34, who caused an early headache for producers when he waltzed away from pre-series interviews last week. The former Apprentice star, whose suit was jazzed up with silver sequins, later apologised and said he remained committed to the contest and “can’t wait to give it my all on that dancefloor”.
